Yes, you can. Our standard return policy applies to all sale orders: return within 14 days, with proof of purchase, provided the items are unused and intact with the labels attached. You can return the items either in-store or via shipment. Check our regular FAQ for more information about returns.

It is not possible to exchange items via post. Should you wish to receive a different item, kindly proceed with placing a new order and return the original item to us. Please note: for sale items, the discount will expire upon return.

Yes, you can use your gift card to pay for an order with sale items. Enter the gift card code at the checkout. If you return your order, you will receive the amount on a new gift card.

It is not possible to use a physical gift card online. You can only use physical gift cards in one of our SUSAN BIJL stores.
