Creative Marketing Coordinator

SUSAN BIJL has spent over 25 years working on a clear combination of design, colour, and function. What started as an idea for a strong, reusable shopping bag in Rotterdam has grown into an international success, from Helsinki to Tokyo. Our collections are deliberately small and carefully considered. We work with people who are genuinely good at what they do, in a flat organisation.

We're looking for someone who oversees and coordinates the marketing process from start to finish, from idea to execution. Someone who can think strategically, keep things tightly organised, and just as easily roll up their sleeves when the moment calls for it.

What you'll do

You're the link between the design and sales team, photographers, stylists, the graphic studio, and the other creatives we work with. You make sure the ideas on the table actually make it onto Instagram, into a lookbook, or live on the site, on time. You work closely with the marketing team.

In practice, that means:

  • You manage the marketing roadmap and keep deadlines on track, without having to chase anyone
  • You own the social media calendar for Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and maintain the community on Instagram
  • You coordinate shoots, but also find your own moments to create content for our socials.
  • You coordinate shoots, but also know how to spot your own moment to create content for our socials. You're comfortable working with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and other design applications to produce high-quality content when our collaborators aren't on it.
  • You streamline workflows via Later, Asana, and other project management tools
  • You're the point of contact for external partners: photographers, stylists, graphic designers
  • You're the point of contact for the design and sales team

Who you are

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing and project management
  • Working and thinking at Bachelor's or Master's level, in marketing or communications
  • You keep your head when three things are happening at once
  • You write sharp English, direct, not stiff
  • Equally at ease with people and with getting things done
  • You hold a driving licence
  • And you instinctively understand why Anni and Aino are not just random colour names in our Form 25 collection

  • Salary between €2,640 and €3,440 gross per month based on 32 hours, depending on experience
  • 32 hours per week, based at our Rotterdam office
