Some things don't need reinventing, just refining. More than a decade since its release, the Forever! collection gets a quiet refresh.
In 2014, we introduced Forever! with six base colours: Pine, Blue, Navy, Camel, Grey and Black. Simple, quiet colours, designed to combine into a modest palette. We wanted something more toned down — a contrast to our annual collections, where colours are bolder and combinations sometimes clash, or even scream.
Some Forever! items became our best sellers. But after more than ten years, we felt the need to stir things up, and surprise ourselves again. In the updated Forever! collection, we're releasing new colour combinations of three familiar designs: the Shopping Bag, Pouch and Backpack, joined by The New 24/7 Bag. Four base colours — Almond, Black, Clay and Tornado — each finished with a contrasting stripe, drawn from the full colour palette. The previous Forever! collection will slowly sell out.
Forever! Family
A collection, like a family, holds many generations together. Our bags and rainwear move between both: on one side of the street, a seven-year-old walks to school one morning with our Backpack. Across the street, a woman of eighty passes with a Shopping Bag on her arm, on her way to the bakery. Sometimes it's the same family — grandmother and grandson, carrying the same design between them.
That's a compliment we don't take for granted.
