After completion of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. All orders placed on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day and will be shipped within 2 working days depending on availability and payment / credit verification. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
All SUSAN BIJL orders excisting of 1 to 4 bags will be shipped as ‘mailbox’ post, meaning the package will fit through the standard mailbox opening. (max. Dimensions 38 x 26,5 x 3,2 cm).
All orders of 5 bags or more will be shipped as a package, including track and trace number and insurance.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the purchased bags, it is possible to return or exchange the item(s) you ordered for another item(s) within 14 days. Simply follow our return procedures: complete the return form together with the ordered item and don’t forget to indicate the product you wish to exchange it for. Download the return form here. Refunds will be paid back into your account within 30 days.
It goes without saying that we expect the returned item(s) to be unused and in its original condition and shipment packaging. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Make sure you get a tracking number for your shipment. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and the costs of returning the item to us is at your expense.
