Our shop is open, but we wouldn't say we're open as usual.
We are open to help you find a nice present to brighten up someone else's day. We are open to help you to find the perfect bag in our broad selection. We'd like to thank all customers who keep on supporting us and visit our store and webshop.
We are trying our best to keep it as safe as possible in our store and stick to the hygiene rules. We accept a maximum of 2 customers in our store and we clean our equipment after every payment. If you feel sick, it's better to stay at home or just take a walk outside. Please remember that you can always shop online and have it shipped to your home, or arrange a pick up in our store when you are feeling better.
Please stick to the rules of social distancing and take them very seriously. See if you can volunteer and help others in any way. We wish for everyone to stay healthy and safe!
Unfortunately, since 31 March, DHL has suspended all her services to the following countries due to Covid_19 measures by those governments:
- Hong Kong
- New Zealand
- South Africa
Due to these measures, we cannot ship to these countries right now.
You can still place an order to secure the item you want, but we don't know when we will be able to ship it. We will keep you updated, and as soon as DHL starts up again, your parcel will be sent to you.
For all orders to other countries, shipping may take a little longer than usual.

Ordering through our online store is really easy. Browse the collection and place your favourite bags in the shopping cart. When you have selected all the items you want, click on the cart at the top right corner of the screen and continue to ‘checkout’. Just follow the steps as they appear on the screen and that’s it; your order has been placed!

All our prices are in Euros, including VAT but excluding the costs for shipping and handling. Though SUSAN BIJL strives to display the right prices on its website, errors may occur.
After completion of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. All orders placed on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 15:00 will be processed the same day depending on availability and payment/credit verification. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the purchased bags, it is possible to return the item(s) you ordered within 14 days following the delivery of your order.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the desired exchange item.
Simply download the returns form and enclose it in your package.

It goes without saying that we expect the returned item(s) to be unused and in its original condition and packaging. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Make sure you get a tracking number for your shipment. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and the costs of returning the item to us are at your expense.
Refunds will be paid back into your account within 30 days.
