I placed multiple orders. Can they be shipped together?
Under no circumstances can multiple orders be merged. Adding a pick-up order to a shipment order is also impossible. We are processing orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
From when to when is the discount valid?
From 23 April 00:00 till 30 April 23:59. This discount is valid online and in our stores.
Is the Spring Special Discount also happening in our stores?
Yes, the discount is also valid in our stores.
Is my order ready for same-day pick-up?
No, but we will try to process your order within a week. We will start working on your order as soon as possible.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up at our Oostzeedijk store. We kindly ask you to wait for this email before you come to our store. Thank you for your patience in advance.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pick-ups are only available at our 'Store & Office' location at the Oostzeedijk 108.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for you. From that moment, you are welcome to come and get your order.
When will you ship my order?
We aim to ship your order within the same week, but your order may ship later due to the discount rush. You will receive an email with your track and trace once your order is shipped.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, you can. Our standard return policy applies to all sale orders: return within 14 days, with proof of purchase, provided the items are unused and intact with the packaging attached. You can return the items in our stores or by shipment. Check our regular FAQ for more information about returns.
Can I exchange items?
You can only exchange items for the discounted price till April 30th. After this date, all items go back to their original price.
Either way, an exchange is only possible in our stores, within 14 days, with proof of purchase, provided that the items are unused and intact with the packaging attached.
It is not possible to exchange items through the mail at our warehouse.
Would you still like to get a different item? Please place a new order and send your original order back to us. We will return this order if it meets the return requirements.
The discount is only valid on purchases between April 23-30th, and the discount will not be applied to a new purchase after that date. For exchanges after April 30th, all items go back to their original price.
Will you be restocking 'sold out' items?
We have no more stock! This is it!
Can I use the discount in combination with other discounts?
It is not possible to combine discounts. (i.e. our newsletter discount).
Can I use my gift card to pay for my order?
Yes, you can use your gift card to pay for an order with sale items. You can enter the gift card code at the checkout. If you return your order, you will receive the amount on a new gift card.
Can I use my physical gift card for an online order?
No, you can only use physical gift cards in one of our SUSAN BIJL stores.
There is only an option to pay with a credit card; how do I pay with Ideal?
You've likely chosen the wrong payment method by accident. Leave the checkout and return to your cart or any other page on our website.
Select the shopping bag icon. In the foldout menu, you select the 'check out' button at the bottom. Ignore the coloured buttons at the top of the checkout. Choose 'pick-up' or 'shipping' and complete your information. Click on 'continue to shipping'. In the next step, you will be able to select any payment method, like Ideal.
Still no Ideal? Try another browser to pay as a 'guest' instead of creating an account.
I can't place an order!

Our customer service is available during the week, excluding Thursday, April 27th. On Thursday our stores and office are closed due to Kingsday.
