The best thing we can do for our planet is care for our stuff and keep them in use as long as possible.

Our products are created to be used. Like with most things in life, signs of usage can and most probably will show. We create long-lasting products and aspire to improve their life span when necessary.

We aim to inspire to repair instead of replacing. The New Shopping Bag is designed to replace wasteful single-use plastic bags. We create well-constructed products that can be used for a long time. Together with our customers, we share the responsibility to decrease our collective consumption footprint.

We are working towards being able to repair all our products. Right now, we can fix almost all shopping bags and many things on our other products. 

If one of our products does not hold up to your satisfaction, you can return it for a repair, replacement or refund.
