SHIPMENT AND RETURNS
Shipping Method
SUSAN BIJL STUDIO uses TNT-post exclusively for both national and international orders.
SUSAN BIJL
1 - 4 bags
All nylon shoppingbag orders excisting of 1 to 4 nylon bags will be shipped as ‘mailbox’ post, meaning the package will fit through the standard mailbox opening. (max. Dimensions 38 x 26,5 x 3,2 cm).
5 bags or more
All orders of 5 nylon bags or more will be shipped as a package including track and trace number and insurance.
MARIA JOBSE
All leather items will be shipped as a package, including track and trace number and insurance.
Order Processing
All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing that day and will ship within 5 working days depending on availability and credit verification. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders which are not paid within 7 days will be annulated.

SUSAN BIJL STUDIO is not responsible for any damage, loss or thievery of / to the goods, once delivered to the carrier. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. SUSAN BIJL STUDIO is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
Returns Information
We accept returns during 14 days following the delivery of this order. After 14 days we cannot accept any exchanges or returns. Please follow our instructions below if you wish to return an item:

We recommend that you send your items in their original packaging.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Make sure you get a tracking number for your shipment.
The cost of returning the item to us is at your expense.
